NPCIL Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualifications
For Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TN) – Operator, candidates must have passed the 12th standard examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and secured a minimum of 50% marks in the said examination.
For Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TN) – Maintainer, applicants should have completed 10th standard and hold an ITI certificate in the relevant trade category.
The Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) – Engineering / Science position requires either a Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline or a B.Sc. degree in a relevant Science stream.
For Assistant Grade-I (Human Resources), candidates need a Graduation degree in any discipline, along with a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and basic computer knowledge.
Similarly, Assistant Grade-I (Contracts & Materials Management – C&MM) requires a Graduation degree in any discipline, a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English, and basic computer skills.
The Assistant Grade-I (Finance & Accounts – F&A) role also requires a Graduation degree in any discipline, a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English, and basic computer knowledge.
