How Selection Happens

The process for selecting Stenographer Grade-III candidates usually involves these steps:

  • Skill Test: You’ll need to pass an English Shorthand and Transcription Test. This involves taking dictation at 80 words per minute (W.P.M.) in English Shorthand and then typing it on a computer at 20 W.P.M. Making more than 8% errors means you will not pass.
  • Spreadsheet Test: A short test worth 10 marks and lasting 10 minutes. You need to score at least 40% (4 marks or more) to qualify.
  • Document Verification: Candidates who pass the tests will be called to have their original documents checked.

This recruitment offers a chance for qualified individuals to work as Stenographers in the Bathinda Court. Be sure to download and carefully read the official notification for full details before applying. Submit your offline application well before the deadline to ensure it’s considered
